DISCOTHEQUE RIVA is a project of  RITMIKA, event company, that transforms SPLIT'S promenade RIVA into the LARGEST WORLD'S discotheque for one night a year. For the very first time in Split's 1700 year history, on 13TH AUGUST 2010. Riva became modern dancefloor 350 m long and 60 m wide. Ritmika has hosted one of the BEST WORLDS DJ EVER - CARL COX, who proved why he is after almost 30 years long career still one of the best and most wanted world's dj.
With  more than 15 000 party people from ALL OVER the world who enjoyed GREAT MUSIC, AMAIZING SOUND SYSTEM, POWERFULL LIGHT& LASERSHOW, SPECTACULAR FIREWORKS, all in a front of 1700 YEARS world's heritage  emperor  DIOCLETIAN'S PALACE at one side, PALM TREES  and SEA on the other, Discotheque Riva was most visited dance event on Croatian side of Adriatic coast in 2010.  

Ritmika achived high status with the first event that most of the music festivals takes a years to achive. Althought it was extremely  complicated  it was also challenging to organize such an event in a center of town.

It was HOLIDAY FOR ALL SENSES where modern dance music has met ancient enviroment. SMILES on people's faces were speaking more than any words could say.

This year on 12th August, Ritmika prepares even bigger spectacle . Headliners are  FAITHLES SOUND SYSTEM with support of no less than superstar dj  FEDDE LE GRAND who's  going to perform TAKE OVER SPLIT show. Chicago 's house & electro legend FELIX DA HOUSECAT will perform for the first time in the area. British prodigy JAMES ZABIELA will show why many profesionals claim he one oft he world's best djs.  Not to mention 300 kW sound system, amaizing lights, and of course, YOU- PARTY PEOPLE!!!
